Extended Services
The Extended Service Program provides MIC-owners with a complete
one-stop-shop service geared toward maintaining compliance with USP797.
The Extended Warranty Program provides an unlimited annual extension of the
standard 1-year warranty that is automatically provided with the purchase of a
Mobile Isolation Chamber. If problems arise with a MIC, CTG will service the
unit for no additional charges or replace the unit if it cannot be repaired.
The EWP also provides a preventative maintenance service call on each covered
MIC annually by a CTG certified technician.
CTG will schedule and execute the certification of your MIC units as well as
your other compounding systems (hoods, cabinets, etc) and keep track of your
certification records, providing you with comprehensive reports as needed. CTG
also offers Media fill kits and air and surface sampling kits, and the ability
to manage the data results.
CTG has developed a training department offering courses such as Initial MIC
Usage Training and Installation (required upon the installation of a new MIC),
MIC Usage Refresher Course, Proper Aseptic Compounding Techniques, and a
Comprehensive UPS797 Overview Course. These courses are available individually
as well as being offered as part of the Extended Service Program package.
