Extended Warranty Program
The Extended Warranty Program (EWP) allows the base 1-year warranty on Mobile Isolation Chambers (MICs) to be extended indefinitely by paying an annual fee. The EWP ensures professional maintenance throughout the Isolator's lifetime. If any problems are experienced inside the warranty terms, the MIC will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge beyond the annual fee.
The Extended Warranty Program also includes an annual regularly scheduled maintenance call in which a trained CTG representative will visit your site and perform a documented service routine. This service ensures that the MIC remains in good operating order and consists of thoroughly checking all parts of the machine, including but not limited to seals, bolts, blowers, filters, gloves, sleeves, and gauges.
